Barium fluoride round windows are used as protective windows for electronic sensors or external environment detectors, which can pass through specific wavelength beams while protecting the interior of the instrument from external environmental influences. Barium fluoride material has a high transmittance from the 200nm-11um region. Used for lenses, beam splitters, filters, prisms, and window lenses in low-temperature refrigeration imaging, aerospace optics, and laser optical systems. Barium fluoride is prone to cracking and is highly sensitive to thermal shock. Polishing well can etch. UM OPTICS can provide different types of window sheets such as circular, rectangular, wedge-shaped, perforated, and stepped sheets.
