Lithium fluoride plano-convex lenses have a plane and a convex surface, commonly used to change the shape and size of a beam of light. Applied in beam expansion, imaging, beam collimation, focusing collimation, beam collimation point light sources, etc. Lithium fluoride has a wide transmission band (110-6600nm) and high transmittance, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing infrared lenses and windows. At the same time, it also has excellent infrared characteristics. In the infrared band, especially in the mid to far infrared to long wave infrared band (such as 3-5 μ m and 8-14 μm), lithium fluoride has a high transmittance, so it is often used as a window material for infrared lasers and infrared night vision devices. It can be coated with MgF2, UV-AR, UV-VIS, VIS-EXT, VIS-NIR, NIR I, NIR II, Telecom NIR, SWIR, SWIR, YAG-BBAR and other film systems.
