Lithium fluoride crystal is one of the infrared materials with a transmission spectrum range of 120nm-7000nm, used for lenses, prisms, and windows in thermal imaging, aerospace optics, and excimer laser optical systems. The water solubility is high and the coefficient of thermal expansion is large. When using it, it is necessary to prevent its deliquescence and deformation.
