Quartz scanning mirrors have advantages such as high transparency, high precision, and high stability. Used in fields such as laser marking and laser cutting, it can be used to manufacture high-precision and high-quality marking and cutting. The principle is to first incident the laser beam onto the X-axis mirror, reflect it, and then incident it onto the Y-axis mirror. After the secondary reflection of the Y-axis mirror, it can be projected onto the working plane, forming a scanning point. Then, the beam deflector composed of X and Y scanning heads is driven by a galvanometer motor to deflect the laser beam within the predetermined scanning range, so that the laser focal point with a certain power density leaves a permanent mark on the marking material, completing the scanning of the image. Quartz mirrors have high transparency, which can reduce the loss of light energy and improve the utilization rate of laser. Can be coated with reflective film, anti reflective film, filter film, spectroscopic film, polarizing film, and metallized film.
