Calcium fluoride wedge windows sheets have excellent UV and infrared transmittance. The optical wavelength is 0.13 microns in vacuum ultraviolet and 10 microns in far infrared, used to separate the environment on both sides, isolate the internal and external parts of the instrument, protect internal components, and change the deflection path of light. It has a high laser damage threshold. It can be coated with reflective film, anti reflective film, filter film, spectroscopic film, polarizing film, and metallization film systems.
