Large Size Barium Fluoride

Large size barium fluoride crystals have an optical transmittance of nearly 90% in the spectral range of 200-9500nm. Commonly used in low-temperature refrigeration imaging systems, aerospace optical systems, and laser optical systems, such as lenses, beam splitters, filters, prisms, and window lenses. This material has a certain degree of water solubility and is suitable for use in dry environments. Barium fluoride crystals with a size greater than 120 millimeters can be single or polycrystalline. The polycrystalline size can reach 320 millimeters, while the single crystal size is D150 millimeters. It can process shapes such as circular, rectangular, perforated, crescent, wedge-shaped, flat convex, flat concave, double convex, double concave, open ball, and prismatic.
