Cylindrical Lens

A cylindrical lens is a cylindrical lens with a cross-section of two arcs or one arc and one line. Its X-axis and Y-axis radii are different, so the shape of the lens is cylindrical or semi cylindrical. It is often used to correct parallax, adjust optical path, increase viewing angle, and focus light in equipment such as telescopes, microscopes, and cameras.
