Germanium Crystals

Germanium crystals belong to the diamond cubic crystal system, which have high hardness, good thermal conductivity, and are insoluble in water. They are used in infrared thermal imaging and infrared spectrometer systems. Germanium single crystal has good mechanical properties and is an ideal material for CO2 laser lenses, windows, and output coupling mirrors.
